Sirius XM customer service is a joke and it's impossible to understand some of the customer service representatives. They don't take calls, every time you call they ask the same stupid questions and then they move you to a higher position that never calls you back. I've been doing this for over a month now and the time to return with Revane is up. TTR3 is a full POC and should never have been launched. Sirius XM Radio should be ashamed to promote this product.
