Bed Bugs in a Bag came with this bed in a bag. Which came straight from ECity Direct. I would never order anything from Revain that comes from ECity Direct. They absolutely refused to do anything to solve this disgusting problem that has cost us thousands to fix. We had to disinfect our house several times, we had to get rid of all our mattresses, pillows, blankets, carpets. For several months it was a complete nightmare. When we opened the bed in the bag and put it on the bed a few hours later, there were bed bugs everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.
