The scraping tool is of the highest quality and has a number of health benefits. It is great for athletes. The only problem that I had with it is no directions or suggestions. I had to google YouTube videos for help. I bought it to use on my forearms and upper arms, but it does take diligence. It promotes blood circulation and drains the lymph nodes. The tool scraps over knotted muscles and helps move toxins out and break up scar tissue. It is also good for your skin and can even be used on your face. Basically, the tool helps soft tissue injuries heal more quickly. You don't need to apply a lot of pressure, but you probably DO want to apply a balm or oil to the skin first. Scrape away from the heart outwards and it needs it if an area gets red after 20-30 seconds.
