These things I wrote the time and date of deletion and followed the instructions. After a month of use it gave my tank some sort of bacterial thing that took over my tank and I lost a 2 year old betta and a new freshly set up tank with a school of tetras and plecos, I have 3 gourami hanging. Judging by the tread they don't eat and aren't too active, I'm appalled at what I experienced after replacing, cleaning and bleaching with peroxide. I haven't noticed another flash, live plants return their color, just hope my fish are doing better too.
