The product is reliable and works as advertised. You can't expect much more from something. The assembly instructions are quite confusing, even using both the included instructions in the box and the video sent by the company on arrival, but it's not illegible. The instructions could have been written more clearly. As for my personal experience, the box was in pretty terrible condition when the product arrived and almost fell apart. There was also a certain area on the corner where it was so rough there was a hole in it. After opening the box and its parts, starting to assemble and delving a bit into the structure, I found that some parts were missing. Screws needed to mount it. It looks like a packet of screws broke with the box and some of them fell out at some point during shipping. I contacted the seller about this and they called me back very quickly and offered me a package. Replacement bolts/nuts/washers etc. or cash as compensation for having to get replacement bolts. I was pleased with their quick and generous response to my problem and declined their offers as I already had a few screws on hand that did the trick. I thanked them for their time and for the product. In terms of usage, it works very well! I am using it with a Logitech G29 wheel and pedals and am currently awaiting the Logitech Driving Force Shifter. It fits them perfectly and reliably withstands the force feedback of the steering wheel. It even has a drink holder! Can't tell if it can handle a stronger wheel, but it will probably handle anything but the strongest wheels like the ones that can. breaking bones and such. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for setting up a beginner racing simulator. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the shipping issue. You know, not everyone has spare screws.
