The product is defective.
I received these sandals in my normal shoe size, they fit perfectly. They don't push anywhere. Even if I get water retention in my feet again, they still fit perfectly. I wear them at home or in the hospital. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them, hence the 5 stars.
