I like how easy it was to use, with no previous coding knowledge required at all! The interface is very intuitive as well; you can get started in just minutes. There's nothing that we dislike about this tool yet (at least not so far). We are using lightlily mainly because of their price point - they offer great support when compared against other services out there. They do have some additional features which makes them worth considering if your needs go beyond what Google offers via APIs alone. Our business processes require us to collect large amounts of unstructured content from our customers across many different channels. Previously, we used multiple tools/services including but not limited to Zapier, Slack bots & Gmail filters.
