Goods of excellent quality. Supplied with all necessary equipment. I built a wooden frame for a counter and used these wheels. I came to order another set and saw they were out of stock at the moment which is very disappointing. Very stable and smooth. I have a wagon that I wanted to use these wheels on. It was hard to find exactly what I was looking for in a brake and it was perfect.
