Very prompt customer service
I needed a high performance, high speed drive for a dash cam. When trying to reformat it to make it work with my computer, I accidentally disabled the drive. I contacted Transcend customer service and they immediately tried to fix it. It didn't work so they asked me to send it to them. They not only repaired the drive but also reformatted it to work in my computer. That's customer service!
