Critical error for otherwise great product

Soundcore q30 Critical error. Even after flashing 1.90V, users connecting to 2 Bluetooth connections can experience an at times painful increase in volume up to 100%, tearing their ears! From investigating the issue, it appears that users are facing various audio issues when connected to 2 devices. (Please note that 2 devices does NOT mean audio from both devices at the same time, this is an easier way to switch between 2 devices. These headphones do not support 2 simultaneous audio sources.) Noise and intermittent loss of digital audio. I don't know if other similar models have this problem. It seems to happen more often when switching between two devices, but it also happens randomly while using it. A 100% media failure is unacceptable for security reasons and must be returned. Currently I can't give more than 1 for headphones. that can easily damage your hearing. It's a shame because I really liked these headphones. Here's my usual list of pros and cons. Pros: - Insanely long battery life, 40 hours and 5 minutes fast charge for 4 hours with USB-C charger. - Soft and comfortable ear pads and headband. They're not overly warm, but do get warm over time like most over-ear headphones. The earcups rotate and pivot to accommodate most face shapes and sizes. My head is medium sized and they work great. I think smaller heads, even under 12, will work, but if you have a large head, hat, hair, etc. they may not fit or feel tight. I really like the NC noise reduction and this is my favorite mode. on these headsets for general use. It works pretty well, of course don't expect it to block all external noise. There's also a pass-through mode that I've used before on various headsets, e.g. B. in the office when you still need to hear what's going on around you. - Soundcore app for Android (no standalone software for Windows). easy to use and performs well the basic functions it performs. You must use the app to update the firmware and adjust the equalizers. In the app, the Q30 also has additional user equalizer settings, 3 types of NC noise reduction mode. FREE tote bag, comfortable stiff feel with thicker foam inside, the zipper stretches smoothly and seems to be made to avoid zipper snagging. Teeth. - They don't seem too big on an adult's head and fold up nicely to fit in a tote bag. - Sound and mic quality sounded really good for both music and phone calls/video conferencing. Cons: -***The 100% volume issues at the top of the test - No dual sound source. These headphones support 2 Bluetooth connections at the same time, but unfortunately NOT in the way you might think. 2 devices does NOT mean simultaneous sound from both, it's an easier way to switch between 2 devices. This headphone does not support 2 audio sources active at the same time - No microphone with AUX 3.5mm. Headphone speaker and microphone can be used via BT Bluetooth. However, only the speakers will work when using the wired 3.5mm AUX headphone jack. That's how they're made and advertised, but unfortunately for some reason you can't have a wired connection to use your speakers and microphone with a wired connection.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Unsafe
