Review on Workforce Analytics by James Wiley

The dashboard provides great insights into workforce demographics, compensation trends & benefits data which helps us make informed decisions about our organization's current needs as well as future goals in regards to HR/Benefits planning! I would like more insight from this tool regarding training programs that are being offered by my employer - but overall it has been very helpful so far!! Very easy integration with other tools such as Microsoft 365 or SalesForce makes using these types of systems even easier than we could have imagined when first considering them.
