Due to the difficult installation, I've decided to deduct a star from this review. If you are looking to buy this unit I would recommend that you go to your local hardware store and buy some spacers. I found some spacers in my bucket. They were about half an inch thick. Without them, the two screws that are included for hanging down and that go through the base so you can attach the little tabs wouldn't go through the base. After I added the spacer between the bushings and the mounting bracket, he pushed down the two screws that you use to connect the base just enough for those grips to fit. I have extensive experience installing ceiling fans and fixtures. I don't need to read the instructions, and I didn't read the instructions with this slide. They're just really easy to install, but take spacers with you wherever you go as you may need them with this mount. But otherwise it turned out great and is a great lamp and that's why I'm sticking with my five-star rating.
