I like how it allows me to see what people are reading about my brand across all platforms in one place! This is very helpful for keeping up with industry news as well so that our team can make informed decisions when deciding where we should advertise or market ourselves next year/month etc..

Also love having access from anywhere at anytime which makes work life easier!! Nothing yet but will update if there's anything i've missed out :). Accessibility of information via custom scoops dashboard has made us more efficient throughout each day whether its researching new products / services being offered within an area (ie; retail)etc.,.
