It comes with everything. Maybe too much.

So this is the rear wiper motor for my 2006 Ford Explorer, it is plug and play replaceable. Everything went great and works fine. The new motor comes with a replacement rubber bushing and both glass washers, a new shaft nut and a new smaller nut that secures the arm to the motor. The only issue I had was that I had to use the 22mm nut (wrench size) from the original build because the nut that came with it is too big to fit a bowl shaped lid on; The themes are the same, so it works.
