Upon receipt, the first transmitter of the doorbell system was dead, would not take a charge no matter what. They replaced it, received within a week. Installed exactly as directed and the "solar power" transmitter portion of the system, would only hold a charge for about a day, even after being fully charged indoors then installed in full sunlight. After charging it indoors again, it stopped working in less than one day. $80 down the drain and I threw the entire system away.I then purchased "Wireless Doorbell, Amicoson Waterproof Door Bell Chime Kit Alarm for Home at Over 1000 Feet Range Operating with 56 Melodies, LED Flash, 7 Levels Adjustable Volume, 1 Push Button & 1 Receiver" in it's place for less the $15. It only has one receiver, but it has functioned flawlessly since installation. Had the original worked similarly, I would have given it a happy 5 start review.I hope this review gives you something to consider. I saw so many good reviews, that is why I originally purchased it, but I guess sometimes things don't always work out as you would like. Best of luck with your decision and eventual purchase.
