Update: After some delay and slow communication, a replacement bottle was sent to me. I'm just glad the problem got solved ------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------- I don't usually leave reviews below 2 stars, but I have to say I am very disappointed in the customer service. I've written several emails over the past few months and never received a reply (I even checked my junk mail). The bottle itself has served me well and almost lived up to what it promised with 2 big issues, it leaks occasionally (especially when filled with warm water. It's probably the seal that I struggled with from the start The second one really bothers me and I've stopped pulling it out. The outer coating of my bottle has started to peel off and is deteriorating. According to their website these bottles come with a lifetime guarantee so I tried to get in touch to see if whether the company would support the claims but got no responses sad , good product with terrible/no customer service time to look elsewhere.
