Large, powerful fans don't stop at full speed, but the cooling-to-size ratio is excellent.
Used to cool the aquarium lid and does a good job of keeping a 5 watt per gallon reef aquarium under 79f light. Room above 80°F. It's loud, I'll admit, but it does a great job with such a small profile.
