I have used several different aquarium lights for my 30 gallon fish tank. The stock one broke after 6 months, then I switched to the 8" black headlights because I was told they look fantastic on my GlowFish tank. Great. Then I bought this and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! As you can see from my photos, the fish are sparkling with color! You can see every centimeter in my aquarium! I swear to you, if you just add 2 blue Aqueon glowsticks here, you'll have a brand new aquarium! I can really see the details of my decor and I can see EVERY fish as clear as daylight! I have never seen such a beauty in my aquarium before. And to top it off, it has a nice dim blue night light which I set up before bed. It's amazing to watch my fish tank now when I go to the kitchen at night. I recommend this to all 30 gallon tank owners looking for some new light! Pros: * Super bright! * Super easy installation * Multiple colors to choose from to mix and match at will * You can simply install a new bulb when one dies rather than replacing the entire unit. Cons: * Expensive bulbs * Cannot choose only single bulb or double bulb, only on/off and night light * Cannot adjust brightness
