I like how easy it is to get started with - just install the app and you're good to go. The ability to send push notifications is awesome and it's great that it can support both iOS and Android devices. We have been able to improve our customer service by sending timely updates to our customers via push notifications. There isn't anything we dislike about FoxPush. Just make sure you choose your time zone carefully so that you are not sending messages at an inconvenient time for recipients. We have also found that when we send push notifications, more people respond to us than we had anticipated.
