Review on ExactHire Applicant Tracking by Justin Olson

I like how easy it was to create my own screens/questions which helped me get more qualified candidates in less time than if we were using an off-the shelf software package! It's not intuitive at all - there are many different ways of doing things but most do work eventually after some tweaking or learning new tricks (I learned quickly).

The reporting options aren't as robust as other packages out there either so you have to be careful with what report types your looking for when comparing price points between vendors. We used this product primarily because our client didn’t want us developing their ATS ourselves since they already had one built internally by another vendor who no longer supported them. This allowed us to leverage existing customer data without having to build from scratch while also giving us access to additional features within the same platform.
