best product ever made to track your ventilation system
The ease at which I was able understand how everything worked with this software is amazing! it's very simple for anyone who knows nothing about tranes or HVAC systems in general just go ahead an start useing VDADUCT!! there are not many things that i dislike but if anything my only complaint would be price point however thats because its expensive compared other products out similar so dont let this hold u back from getting one they're worth every penny.
well what can honestly say? we've been using vdduct now since january 2018 & have never had any issues w/it whatsoever. !
Pros

- Easy to learn&use interface
- Great customer service support (they respond quickly)
- Relatively cheap when considering all options available, especially comparably priced ones like Tecra Hf2i etc.
- Comprehensive set up instructions provided via email before download link
