Review on 🦏 Rhino Rack Roller and Mounting Brackets for Heavy Duty Bar by Robert Prix

I purchased over $3,400 in Rhino Rack hardware to record this video. First, the reel is not of the same quality as the other items I have received from Rhino Rack. As another buyer said, this item appears to have been made in a low maintenance garage. Second and most important is the lack of customer service with this company. I received the big Pioneer platform of 107 x 58 inches disassembled without any hardware. I called repeatedly with no answer and left several messages. I also wrote three emails to sales and customer service explaining that I have an entire rack system that is essentially useless until I have the hardware to put it together. I have yet to receive an email or phone response from this company. A good company would quickly supply the correct and missing hardware I paid for and also send an update to my email or voicemail. I understand that things get packed and shipped but things don't and that people make mistakes. I don't get the idea of hiring a customer service department or person to ignore your customers.
