bought to finish a Brazilian cherry floor. This tray is about 125 square feet, and the .75 liter jar lasted for two layers, leaving about a quarter of the jar. I first applied it with a very thin brush and then used a white non-abrasive Scotchbright pad. Leave it on for 5 minutes and then wipe off the excess with a rag. Osmo recommends a drying time of 8-10 hours. I didn't have to sand between layers. The floor feels good, still looks and feels like wood. I got this because I'm not a fan of the polyurethane finish that covers the wood with a layer of plastic. A good thing. Will update in a few months to comment on durability.
