I've had a Fitbit for about a year and a half now and it's great. I had a slate band and they decided it was time to mix it up a bit. I love pink and purple and didn't really want to pay $15 for them when you could buy three for $10 each, so I bought a set of colorful accessories. The straps felt a little tighter than my original slate strap. but that may have more to do with the novelty of it all. Came with only one clasp. The only thing that bothered me was that when I opened the box, my pink bracelet was covered in black on one end. It was a bit disappointing but most of it was washed away. I sent the folks at Fitbit a message about a quality control issue. It looks like it may have been ink from the box it came in. One of the things I love about Fitbit is the great customer support. I have changed several wristbands and they always sent me a new wristband so I can continue using my device. I understand why people complain about the lack of a clasp on each bracelet. I have a few extra clasps that I plan to use with mine and even then I still need to swap out a few of them. This might not be the best option if you're in a hurry or struggling with it. Also, I think the band will loosen enough that you risk losing your Fitbit. I'm curious to see how they do in a few months, but based on my experience so far, I have a feeling that the company will support their product if it fails for some reason.
