I thought it would be helpful to post this review as there are so many conflicting reviews on this product - I see why! Your opinion of this holder depends on WHAT type of napkins you use. This may seem obvious to some, but not to me. I've posted three photos - the first one is full of B*&nty napkins (like paper towel tokens) - they are perfect! Stands straight and is easy to grab. Second photo: all the same brand napkins, but there are only a few left - everything is still going well! Standing straight and still easy to grab. Third photo: disaster - filled with cheaper and thinner tissues (in quarantine time you take whatever you can find) - when I put them away I wanted to give the thing back! Then I remember - everything is fine with the thicker ones. Hope this helps someone. I love this item and appreciate that it saves space on my counter.
