I'm 5'11 and about 250. My weight is concentrated in my thighs, arms, and tummy. This dress is made of a great stretchy material. If you're a 16/18 and don't have big arms, feel free to get an XL. I bought both, but my arms fit better in the XXL. I'll be wearing a light shaper underneath to snatch me in.
