I like the handrail. It looks just like the picture, eliminating the need for a post to link. We, of course, went to the hardware and bought long screws to attach the handrail to the wall. I used it as a prop as I walked down the two steps to my sunny room. I had to place it next to the window but it's low enough not to distract attention. I don't even see him anymore. Even with the long screws, it's just a little wobbly. Still very satisfied and would have gotten 5 stars if the hardware was right. We knew this was going to happen because almost every review says the same thing. I'm thinking of buying another one for two flights of stairs to the garage
