I bought this pen to use with my Ara. At first I didn't like it. . . mainly because it was heavy and I changed it every two to three days. Then I figured out how to really use it to my advantage. I use a cat litter scoop to filter out dirt and now I can clean it daily and change it every week or two. The litter is ideal for birds and clumps, such as cat litter.
