Had to return the gimble from Hoem twice. Thinking the first gimble was just an accident I sent a replacement. The first device turned off completely after several hours of operation, less than 5, and did not turn on again. Failed on July 4th, a minute before the fireworks, I wanted to shoot with my camera in HDR mode. Instead it became a dead weight as I didn't have time to take the camera off the gimble. The 2nd device at the Grand Canyon went completely offline as did the first device when I plugged in the cable to charge the camera via the gimbal. The 3600 mAh battery does not meet the specified characteristics. Or he had defective electronics. If unit. Off, connecting the charger indicates the battery is almost fully charged. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this junk. save your money
