These rings were very shiny and beautiful right out of the box. The ring itself was more like a cuff - it doesn't fit over the whole finger - which isn't a problem, it just feels odd. In fact, they cannot be adjusted if you try to increase the size. I tried fitting my finger to size 8 but it started to crack and I was afraid it would break so I stopped. I was able to downsize to fit my teenage daughter. She liked the ring (except for the odd cuff), but after a few days the silver plating started to wear off and her finger turned green. I am so disappointed.
