Positive: The product fully corresponds to the description. Arrived quickly, materials are strong. Cons: 1. Screws alone do not provide security as a wrench simply removes the nut from the back. I recommend using Loctite if you live in an area where license plate theft is a problem.2. The bolts are larger than the mounting holes on my bike and also larger than the mounting holes on my wife's bike. We have two different rear brackets from two different manufacturers for two different bikes and these bolts will not fit into anything we have without drilling (her rear bracket is TST Industries and mine is Rizoma). I'm pointing this out to say it's not an industry standard size and you may need to carefully drill through the back end. Not wanting to return such a small item made me choke, but I have access to quality tools and a lot of beginners do. no In general I like them but I had to work hard to make them fit. At least the hex heads didn't come loose in the first turn like the last bolts I bought.
