I found this belt to be cut to the right length like the other belts I own. It is very flexible and not rigid at all. The leather on the inside looks a bit rough and rough. There is no bluing on the edges. The packaging is beautiful. It comes in a box, and the belt itself is wrapped and enclosed in a cloth pouch. I was confused when I opened the box and found a metal tool. After reading the instructions, I learned that you can adjust the length of the belt (by cutting it off) and use the tool to make your own hole punches. Overall I think this is a regular belt.
