Easy setup process for new users, and easy management for end user's accounts and keys (we have several hundred).
Reporting is very limited in terms of options, but it gets what I need so far. Limited support for mobile devices (no iOS client yet), which would be nice if we were using this as an additional channel than just desktop computers. This was a key factor for us when deciding whether or not to continue with our previous software vendor who had better reporting capabilities and more robust mobile clients.
