It was a nice little collar and you should know that wearing it is quite temporary. It's not durable, but it's quite soft, and I've gotten a decent amount of use out of it. I just sometimes cut long strands that stretch, but after a few months it's definitely time to stop. FYI, the little tips on car ears are surprisingly sharp. I'm not sure if this bothers my cat, but with his thick fur I highly doubt it. But if you have a cat with very thin or no fur, I would try filing it down a bit.
