I bought a $250 Napa starter and it was a rebuild. Because of the price, I decided to take a chance and bought it and returned it to Napa. Build quality is good, configuration is top-notch, and it has plenty of launch, speed, and torque capabilities. I've started my car about 50 times and I'm still happy with it. I rated the ease of assembly as low, since it has nothing to do with the starter, but rather with the function of the car in which it comes. Otherwise it fit well, flat and the geometry was accurate.
