I usually wash bed linen when I buy them, especially when I buy them online. But they were so beautiful that I quickly put them on the bed. Unfortunately, the white sheets on my bed turned pink after about two days. When I realized that, I took them off and ended up washing the set. The red bled a little on the floral part, but not enough to make me return them. They are just fine. Unfortunately my white sheets are sold out, you can't get red color from white sheets so I need to replace them. I will keep them for guest bedding but I am disappointed with the quality of this bedding set. They were on sale so didn't break the bank, disappointing nonetheless.
