Artificial flavor
The ingredients on my bottle include flavor. It doesn't say "from a mixture of essential oils". I'm upset that baby products that claim to be "petroleum-free, phthalate-free," etc. contain artificial flavors. The scent is nice but quite strong and if it's really artificial then it's not for babies.
