Fit is small Best in accessories
It's nice to have a product that protects your neck. When I don't put it on my nose or ears, it sits at the base of my neck, leaving the top of my neck open. I think a shirt with a mock neck or zip would work better. There is a gap between the base of my sock and most of my shirts. It's not easy to breathe through a layer of fabric. It also generates some heat. The fit is small so size L/XL will fit a small adult.
