We have been using this product in our 2500 gallon pond for about 5 years. We used to use mosquito dunks which killed all of our leopard frogs. When used as directed, this product kills mosquito larvae and does not harm our koi, lilies, water hibiscus or water thistle. Our other plants are also taking root. We put it in a pond, simple barrels and other standing water bodies about every 6 weeks throughout the summer. Doesn't matter!
