The customer support team really cares about my success. They are always willing to help me out when I have questions or need assistance with something that I'm struggling with. I've never been given a run around or treated like a number by any of their team members. It's refreshing! The ability to track and measure the progress of each project. It's also great for tracking our team's productivity. There's nothing I dislike about Donesquare. If it doesn't exist, they'll make it for you. Their customer service is top notch. We use Donesquare for all of our projects, both in house and outsourced.
