I tried making waffles 3 times then started asking for my return. Each time the waffle was half overcooked and even burnt in places. I decided to try again before sending it to UPS for a refund and FINALLY made a decent batch of waffles. The trick is to NOT use a spray, oil, or other non-stick oil. Pour the mixture into a waffle iron. Make sure it's on to the max and leave it there longer than the light tells you it's ready and check regularly. This way I could finally make regular edible waffles that were fully cooked. If that's too much for you, I recommend finding another waffle maker. 't the price of the restaurant is difficult.
