As a loyal customer in the world of Women's Fashion i had high hopes for this handbag. Unfortunately, as a result of my tests, I determined that the quality was lacking... The bow knot feature was poorly constructed and looked cheap, while the top handle was uncomfortable to hold. On the bright side, the crossbody strap was adjustable and convenient. Overall, I would not recommend this product..
