Don't fry both sides. I have two broken toasters!

Two in a row that don't fry on both sides. I ordered red and blue and both have "medium" coils that don't burn! And I thought it was an accident, and then the second, also defective. Now I don't feel like buying a toaster anymore, so I have to turn the bread halfway every time. Lol their marketing says gourmet and yet their toaster doesn't toast both sides. What a joke. Forget this brand.
