I found this heavy duty bag holder to be very good value for money. I only use my bag about 10 minutes a day but it's heavy and so far so good. My bag weighs about 100 pounds and can wobble a bit. I'm about 190 and hit pretty hard. My 9 year old sometimes jumps onto the bag and swings onto it in a bear hug. No questions.
