I followed the manufacturer's instructions and got a full charge. Had to charge after a few days. No problem. Charged and worked great. Today is another charge. I have a blue light all the time indicating full charge but it won't come on. It was only about a month. I didn't even use it every day and it broke. save your money Check out others! I also contacted the company and no response, no refund, no new curler, NOTHING! Their "guarantee" doesn't exist and they don't send back emails. I want to rate this without a star! I bought one from another company and it works great and has been charged several times which is great!
