The RCA Soundbar remote control has stopped working, the battery may be dead. I replaced the battery (round type) but it was very difficult to open the remote enough that I probably damaged it in the process. Since then he only works when he wants to and with a lot of fuss. Frustrated, I looked at the model number of my soundbar, hoping to find an affordable replacement. This new one works great with no setup or hassles. It also uses AAA batteries instead of that obscure disc style, and easily opens and closes when spare batteries are needed again. My new remote is also a standard size - larger than the frustratingly tiny original, which was very easy to lose. If I had known about this product before my previous one broke I would still happily buy it!
