I received them as a gift. My feelings for her are mixed. I don't have any connection issues, but I'm never far from my phone, so keep that in mind. I don't really put it to the test. I mainly use headphones for two purposes. One of them is listening to books. I have no questions about that. It works well and I like it when it's not connected to the phone. The other should make a call. However, the performance is TERRIBLE. Everyone said I was hard to hear and I sounded muffled. So I have to turn off Bluetooth, pull out my headphones and talk on the old phone. Honestly, what's the point. It got so annoying I went back to my wired headphones. I hate them, but at least I can talk to them on the phone. If you're using this for anything other than passively listening to audiobooks, don't waste your money.
