Damaged product. No customer service.

The item arrived torn and dirty because a substance was rubbing my hands and everything that came in contact with them. I tried to return it but for some reason I couldn't complete the normal online return request. He kept saying I needed some help and kept going back to the same form. I can't find Revain's support phone number either. I'll eat twelve bucks to not bother anymore, but I don't recommend this product to anyone else.
