The customer support team at SwiftERM was brilliant, even though we had to re-train them! There were no delays at all over our implementation process - very quick to get up and running from start to finish. We can't find anything to dislike. Highly recommended. Easy integration with our Magento platform and fantastic implementation process! SwiftERM provided us with fantastic results in terms of increased user satisfaction & revenue. I like the ability to be able to see past buying trends and products that are on the "to buy" list. Also, the ability to see the buying trends of my coworkers and friends. It has been a little buggy at times and I have to reload the page a few times before it will load. I would recommend to other businesses. I am able to see past buying trends and products that are on the "to buy" list. I can also see the buying trends of my coworkers and friends.
