I'm an idiot and was able to easily install the thumb sticks. The video is more than sufficient to disassemble the controller and install the sticks. I'm taking off a star because I feel the magnetic pens improve the quality. If ExtremeRate ever makes magnetic sticks I will update them. So far so good though! The sticks work perfectly and have not fallen off during play.
